Free energy difference equation
On the page is written that [math]\displaystyle{ \vec{q} }[/math] contains positions and momenta. Commonly [math]\displaystyle{ \vec{q} }[/math] is used only for positions, and p for momenta. And indeed in this case one can consider [math]\displaystyle{ \vec{q} }[/math] to contain only the positions, since the momenta cancel each other out in the free difference equation. Therefore, the phase spaces become configuration spaces. Therefore I suggest to change the text accordingly. Do you agree?
By the way, the page fails to display p as a vector: Failed to parse (PNG conversion failed; check for correct installation of latex and dvipng (or dvips + gs + convert)): p
