I tried to tune up this page a bit (context, style and formatting).

Two content questions:

• We need to fully define the minimum content of a test set
• Do we really need 5-10 ligands per protein to test free energy methods? Including 5-10 ligands seems more appropriate for comparing with experiment, which is not the purpose here.
